Privacy Policy

This page explains what the MironMC website stores and why. Questions or deletion requests: open a ticket on our Discord.

What we store

• Your Minecraft account: username, UUID (your account's permanent ID) and your ranks on our server. The Minecraft server sends these when you log in with /website and when your rank changes.
• What you post: forum threads and replies, and staff applications including your answers (for example age, timezone and Discord name if you give them).
• Activity: when you joined the website and when you last visited. Staff actions (like bans or deleted posts) are logged so admins can review them.
• Your email address and password (if you add them): the email is used to verify your account, send password-reset links and confirm it's really you. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash; nobody, including staff, can read them.
• Store purchases: staff can see what your Minecraft account bought on our Tebex store (date, items, amount, status) to help with support. The purchases themselves are handled by Tebex.
• Security records: IP addresses of failed logins, sign-ups and password-reset requests, kept for up to 24 hours to stop abuse. One-time email links are stored only as a secure hash and expire within 24 hours.
• We don't sell or share your data, and we don't send marketing email.

Who else is involved

• Sparked Host hosts the website and Cloudflare protects and delivers it; both process your IP address to serve pages.
• Our emails (verification and password resets only) are sent through Sparked Host's mail service and its delivery partner MailBaby.
• Tebex runs our store and shares your purchase records with us.
• Player heads and skins are loaded from mc-heads.net and namemc.com, fonts and icons from Google Fonts and cdnjs, the server status from mcsrvstat.us, and Discord avatars from Discord. Your browser contacts these services directly when it loads those images and files.

Old website accounts

• Accounts from the old website were moved over by Minecraft UUID with their posts and applications. Old emails and passwords were not moved; anyone who wants email login adds and verifies it again.

Deleting your data

• Ask in a Discord ticket and staff will delete your website account, including your email address. Posts may be removed or kept without your name. Store purchase records are kept by Tebex under its own policy.

Children

• The website doesn't ask for your age except in staff applications. If you're under 13, ask a parent before posting.
